Pop Nostalgia - London solo show

I was thrilled to be asked by Gone Rogue to have a solo show at the stunning Curtain Club at the Mondrian hotel in Shoreditch, London. ‘Pop Nostalgia’ which features 27 works, including 5 rare originals from 2008, alongside limited edition prints, and stretches across much of my 21 year career, is a chance to see the breadth of my work. Photorealism sits alongside my street art inspired pieces, the subjects remaining the kitsch and colourful work I am known for.

The opening night was a huge success, I’m so grateful to everyone who came and made it so special.

The show opened on the 26th May, and will run until the end of July 2022.

Kim and Todd from Gone Rogue have been a dream to work with, here’s what they do in their own words; ‘Gone Rogue are a collaborative focused on bringing art to as many spaces and affecting as many lives as possible. Curating with a conscience. We work with clients of all kinds to host events and create experiences with art for people to engage, relate to and fall in love with. To us it's all about the story and the feeling it evokes.

Supporting both established and emerging artists, working with them to realise their visions and to get their art seen and enjoyed Worldwide. Our vision is to champion artists to grow and experiment, both with us and independently. We are already learning that success is a journey and not a destination.’

I love their philosophy and the way they choose such interesting locations for their exhibitions, and their ethos aligns perfectly with how I feel about the way art should be appreciated.
